capybaras

Capybaras are the largest rodents in the world! Grown capybaras can grow as long as 130 cm, and can weigh over 100 pounds! The capybara is located in Panama, Columbia, Venezuela, the Guyanas, Peru, south through Brazil, Paraguay, northeast Argentina, and Urguay. Lots of places! Capybaras are herbivores, eating mostly grasses and other plants. They are a very social animal. Capybaras can breath underwater for five minutes! Capybaras are amazing animals, I hope you like learning about them!

  1. I would like to see a picture of a Capybaras. Five minutes is a long time to stay underwater!
